As I intend to make quite a few of these items, I wish to put my patterns onto card. Old cereal and pizza boxes are great for this. |
Cutting strips of old jeans |

Using the patterns cut a pieces of old sheet, pillowcase |
Stitch. |
Add more strips |
Another piece of fabric, now patch work, this will be the inside of the piece. |
Add pieces and stitch, repeat. |

Cut into strips. |
Add to the jeans. |
